Richter’s Reliable Services provides handyman, home repair, and improvement services in Parrish, Florida, and surrounding areas. All estimates are non-binding until a formal agreement is approved by both parties.

  • Program Description: We send text messages regarding appointment reminders, service updates, quotes, and occasional promotions.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and active projects.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [Insert Support Email].
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to require a deposit for materials on larger projects.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richter’s Reliable Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
