Preventive Care for Common Household Appliances

Appliance Care & Cleaning in Parrish, FL

Bundle dryer-vent, washer, refrigerator, and dishwasher maintenance into one owner-operated visit with clear scope and upfront starting prices.

Whole-Home Package Starting at $299 Allow approximately 3–4 hours for standard-access homes.

The short answer: Whole-Home Appliance Care & Cleaning combines several commonly overlooked maintenance tasks in one appointment. The service can help reduce accessible lint, dust, residue, and buildup, may improve dryer airflow, and creates an opportunity to identify obvious maintenance or repair concerns.

The starting price applies to one standard-access dryer and vent, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Appliance design and accessibility vary, so stacked, built-in, compact, heat-pump, roof-terminated, heavily obstructed, or unusually complex installations are reviewed before scheduling.

One Visit, Four Appliance Areas

Whole-Home Appliance Care & Cleaning

Starting at$299

Cleaning products and normal service consumables are included. Additional work is never performed without discussing the scope and price first.

Dryer & Dryer Vent

  • Lint screen, trap, and accessible lint-chute cleaning
  • Standard, safely accessible dryer-vent cleaning
  • Transition connection and accessible exterior termination inspection
  • Accessible lint removal without opening the dryer cabinet
  • Practical airflow and visible-condition check

Refrigerator

  • Vacuum accessible condenser coils where the design allows
  • Clean accessible condenser, ventilation, and grille areas
  • Remove accessible dust and debris around airflow areas
  • Inspect visible water-line connections for obvious deterioration or leaks

Washing Machine

Accessibility matters: Not every refrigerator has exposed or user-accessible condenser coils, and some filters, vents, pumps, panels, and internal components require additional disassembly. The confirmed scope follows the appliance design and safe access available at the home.

Reach Lint the Standard Service Cannot

Dryer Interior Deep Cleaning

Starting at$129

For supported electric dryers, the cabinet is opened so accessible lint and debris can be removed from internal areas that are not reached during standard dryer-vent cleaning.

Cleaning

  • Accessible internal cabinet and exhaust path
  • Accessible blower-housing and motor areas
  • Accessible heating-element area
  • Reassembly and operational test

Visible-Condition Check

  • Accessible belt, rollers, and idler pulley
  • Visible wiring and connectors
  • Internal exhaust path and transition connection
  • Repair options discussed before any additional work

Dryer design and access vary. Gas-dryer cabinets are not opened. Stacked, built-in, compact, heat-pump, and unusually time-consuming designs require advance review and may need different pricing or a specialist.

Additional Appliance Cleaning by Quote

Heavier buildup or more involved access can require work beyond the standard package. After reviewing photos and appliance details, we can quote supported washer gasket or drain-area cleaning, deeper dishwasher filter or sump-area cleaning, more involved refrigerator condenser access, and accessible dryer booster-fan cleaning.

Full refrigerator food-compartment cleaning, repairs, replacement parts, roof-access dryer vents, gas connection work, and work requiring a separately licensed trade are not included.

If We Notice a Repair Concern

1. Show You

We explain the obvious condition found while completing the agreed cleaning scope.

2. Discuss Options

When the concern fits our appliance-repair scope, we can discuss the practical next step and any additional price.

3. Get Approval

No repair, part replacement, or additional labor is performed without your approval.

Cleaning is not presented as a disguised repair appointment. Some conditions need separate diagnosis, parts research, or another qualified trade.

When to Revisit Appliance Care

Many homeowners choose to revisit appliance and dryer-vent maintenance about once a year. The appropriate timing depends on household size, appliance use, pets, vent length and routing, observed buildup, and the manufacturer’s recommendations for each model.

The request form includes an optional annual-reminder-interest field. It records your interest for follow-up; it does not create a recurring appointment or automatic charge.

How to Prepare for the Appointment

  • Empty the washer, dryer, and dishwasher before arrival.
  • Remove stored items and laundry from appliance tops and nearby work areas.
  • Share appliance model numbers and clear photos when available.
  • Tell us whether the dryer is electric or gas and whether the unit is stacked, built in, compact, or heat-pump style.
  • Identify whether the dryer vent terminates through a wall, roof, or another location.
  • Provide safe access to the appliances and secure pets away from the work area.

The refrigerator does not need to be emptied because food-compartment cleaning is not part of the standard package.

Appliance Care Service Area

Parrish is the primary service area, including North River Ranch, Silverleaf, Cross Creek, Canoe Creek, Harrison Ranch, and nearby neighborhoods. Selected appointments may also be available in Ellenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, East Bradenton, and nearby communities depending on route, scope, and scheduling.

Appliance Care & Cleaning Questions

What does the whole-home package include?

It includes standard-access care for one dryer and vent, washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The exact tasks depend on the design and accessibility of each appliance.

How often should appliance cleaning be scheduled?

Many homeowners consider it about once a year, but household use, pets, vent routing, observed buildup, and manufacturer guidance can justify a different interval.

Does the standard package include opening the dryer?

No. The standard service covers accessible lint areas and the vent without opening the cabinet. Cabinet access is part of Dryer Interior Deep Cleaning for supported electric dryers.

What is included in Dryer Interior Deep Cleaning?

The electric-dryer cabinet is opened, accessible internal lint and debris are removed, visible internal wear areas are checked, and the dryer is reassembled and operationally tested.

Can every refrigerator’s condenser coils be cleaned?

No. Some models have accessible coils or ventilation areas, while others use enclosed or low-maintenance designs. We follow the appliance design and do not promise access that the model does not provide.

Can you repair something you find?

If the concern fits our repair scope, we will show you what we found and discuss the next step and price. Repairs and parts require approval and may need a separate appointment.

Can you service stacked, heat-pump, built-in, or gas units?

Send photos and model information first. These configurations require advance review. Gas dryers are limited to vent-side service that does not disturb the gas connection or require opening the cabinet.

How long does the visit take?

Allow approximately three to four hours for standard-access homes. Appliance cycles, buildup, vent routing, access, and add-ons can change the total time.

Important Dryer Scope
